Tag Rugby is a fast-moving, non-contact, running and ball-carrying game suitable for boys and girls to play together. The interchangeable nature of possession requires switching from offense to defense in an instant and helps to develop a wide range of skills. Cooperation and determination along with individual and collective responsibility are key elements in the game of Tag Rugby.

Adult Flag Rugby in Summer of 2020
You have seen the kids play it....now it is time for you to give it a try. This is a drop in event with no registration required.
No experience is required and there are only a few simple rules. We do use slightly different rules than the kids use, just to spice things up.
