You have seen the kids play it....now it is time for you to give it a try. Adult Co-ed Flag Rugby will be Thursday nights starting at 7:30 pm. This is a drop in event with no registration required.
No experience is required and there are only a few simple rules. We do use slightly different rules than the kids use, just to spice things up.
